What You Should Do When You Are Depressed



1 . Talking to positive people / your parents 
WHY ? Because a positive people will show a positive attitude and give you a positive spirit . Believe it or not , let me show you a positive quotes .

2 . Paint a picture 
Express your feeling with shapes & color . This is helpful :)




3 . Listen to music 
Listening to energetic song or a song that reminds you of good times . Don't listen to sad song .




4 . Take a shower 
You will feel refreshed and happier . Sometimes taking a shower might make you feel better :)




5 . Get out of the house 
You can go for a jog , a bike ride and maybe a walk . Or  you can go somewhere with a family members , friends or even by yourself .




6 . Think about good memories 
Just because things may seem bad right now doesn't mean that tomorrow they will be . Then , just think about good memories . If not this will trapping yourself inside your depression . 




7 . Look up jokes on the internet 
Such as 9gag or watch Fred on youtube .
